Primex has signed both sales and service agreements with the companies that we represent.  In June 2002 Primex purchased and moved into an industrial complex at 45-5450 Canotek Road in Ottawa.  This space provides us with 4000 square feet of office and workshop space to conduct repairs on the equipment that we resell as well as other potential electrical equipment.  Primex ensures that the support of the OEM is in place prior to undertaking any repair and overhaul bids.  We use only factory-trained technicians who are properly qualified to perform the work.  One of the significant advantages of our location is that it allows the Life Cycle Material Manager easy access to visit the facility and deal with issues first hand.  In many cases our location is on their route to and from work.  Our plant is also conveniently located in a large industrial park that has easy truck access for transportation and contains several hundred small businesses that provide a wealth of talent, expertise and repair capability right at our doorstep.  If we cannot perform the entire job, there is probably a company close by that we can subcontract support from as required.

Primex has its own electronics repair facility and with in the “Virtual Mall” we have specialized shops that can fix almost anything.
